Janice Murphy and Nicole Vinje are the owners and head coaches of S.E.T.S. Training Studio, with nearly two decades of hands-on coaching experience.
After spending over 10 years in corporate gyms, they each went on to successfully run their own personal training businesses after COVID. Training across multiple facilities made one thing clear—traditional gyms were crowded, distracting, and lacked real coaching.
So they built something better.
